A couple of questions

I reloaded UT and forgot how to bind suicide. How do I do this?

The reason I reloaded is because I've been pinging in the 90's. I used to ping 60's here and different pings elsewhere. Now it's almost always 92 or 96 anywhere I play. I thought maybe something had been loaded from another site like a ping compensator that locks me at this ping. After the reload it didn't change so I'm not sure what is going on. Have any of you had or heard of this problem?

That would bind Z to suicide.

I have not heard of the second issue there with pings. We do use Ping Compensation but it doesn't lower pings, it merely compensates lag with players for more accurate movements and shots. The pings are for the most part all relative to your network or the servers network (and the points in between).
