That's just a PHPBB forum, by default security is terrible. They have nobody watching over the forums that's for sure, appears to be a 4chan thing huh?

Present day Anonymous couldn't hack themselves out of a paper bag. It seems all the 'doers' from the chans have disappeared into the undernets.
