lol, well here in Pennsylvania we don't have comcast problems like that... My comcast service is amazing...
But, my uncle works for comcast and when asked about the situation across America he agrees that the other morons are not doing their jobs at all...

my brothers ex girlfriends dad works for comcast and he never goes anywhere but i do agree about them not needing to to come out to fix a problem. They did that with are cable box!

Well at least I haven't run into this problem yet (knock on wood), the way I torrent and upload to buddies I draw a lot of bandwidth, but I can just about draw my limit when I think they are catching on and shut everything down for a few days and start it up again later on.
