I'm actually having trouble reading your question. There is no punctuation at all. I'm going to respond to this below and you can tell me if this is what you were asking.

What is it to be Human? Is our life somehow different than the animals? Why is is that we have complex emotions that seem to be stronger and more vibrant than all other animals we can observe on the planet. Why would this be if we are the smartest animals on the planet? Why do we feel sad? Other animals do the same thing day after day, but they do not get depressed or angry. Our emotions will extend to feelings about our entire species.
Well, hopefully I have a decent idea of what you are trying to ask. Let me know if anything there is different or left out.

Talking about emotion. My understanding is that the frontal lobe of the brain controls personality and social behaviors. Emotions are derived from social behaviors, and animals can exhibit emotion. They serve a social function of expressing things that we otherwise cannot express very well. This is why emotions are unintentional most of the time. If you remove the frontal lobe of a human, they become 'soulless' robots. They don't care, they have no emotion or drive to do anything.

Talking about intelligence. I'm not sure humans are the most intelligence, just the most clever. We happen to have a facility for logic that allows us to progress and manipulate the environment, as well as learn. Why this trait was evolved is that individuals that showed a facility for logic tended to survive better, as they could hunt with tools and the like. I believe there is some species of either Ape or Baboon that also uses tools. Sea otters have been observed using rocks as tools. Society and culture is an indirect result of being able to learn. Many of our customs and behaviors are all learned from other people doing the same thing. We emulate this behavior growing up, because it is natural. The reason kids pick on kids that are different comes from tribe survival mentality. Much like some animals hunt in packs and try to protect their pack, we tend to group into packs of like minded individuals (groups of friends).

Depression and anger? An accidental appropriation of emotions by the brain. In our society, the weak no longer die off. Any traits they have that are 'bad' for the race are continued on through reproduction. This is why it is said that humans are evolving faster now than they have been in the past. The truth is, we are not evolving faster, just evolving differently. There is no 'one' direction of evolution that can been seen in our species. We do happen to be getting taller as a species though. (Also the poor [in both education and currency] tend to have more children.)

Those are my thoughts, here are some other thoughts from the Internet.

They must not teach grammar any more. Just an indication of how great our educational system is now. Let's throw more money at it.

Could we get back to the topic? I legitimately had a hard time understanding the question so I was trying my best. I understand that not everyone is good at grammar and such. I think the education system has a lot of problems but that is for another topic.

I think Aut has the most scientific answer anyone can give, and I ultimately agree with that. It's too bad that the poorer and generally less educated are producing more offspring, I see it alot in my hometown. Welfare does breed welfare, sadly. This could ultimately be a bad thing for our species, or it may not matter. We as a species will either adapt to it, or find a way to fix it.

I'm not really sure what else to say.
