Thread: Unreal Tournament 3

I recently spent alot of money making the jump to a PS3, of course only to find that backwards compat is gone. (Foolish not to research) Anyway, I bought myself yet another copy of UT3. This makes my 4th copy ever bought. (One for 360, which I sold, and 2 for PC). I had heard some rumours that maps and mods made on the PC could be brought over for the PS3 through PSN or some other method, and in which case I'd like to get into mapping.

It's too bad theres no assault mods, for some UT3 trials, but I think if we got some cool maps made for and by PWC members that'd be a cool little project. (I think I'm deathly bored being unable to play games on my internet)

I'll be starting a CTF map, based off my original idea of "Tribute" which wasn't ever finished (And lost now) made for UT2k4 for a friend.

Just an idea.

Honestly I'd love nothing more to get into that, but when I work full time and I handle work outside of work, and I need time for my other hobbies. There is no time for mapping, as you can tell my UT2004 stuff is pretty much all done, Trial Achievement is mainly just a huge PHP thing which is my main hobby right now.

Ah, yeah. Not a problem Muffin! I'm just throwing it out there for anyone who's up for that. Slow going for me since I cant seem to find any textures I want for a skybox. But the idea is solid.

There's a pretty elaborate way to make it and bring it over, but I really don't know how.
